Payment

Checkout is handled by Shopify's payment system. We never see or store your card details.

What we accept

• Debit and credit cards — Visa, Mastercard, Maestro and American Express
• Apple Pay and Google Pay
• Shop Pay
• PayPal
• Klarna, where offered at checkout

Security

Every page is served over an encrypted connection, and payments are processed by a PCI-DSS compliant provider. Card numbers are tokenised — they pass from you to the payment processor without ever touching our systems.

Currency and VAT

Prices are in pounds sterling and include UK VAT where applicable. The amount shown at checkout is the amount you pay; there are no customs charges on UK orders because everything ships from within the country.

When you're charged

Payment is taken when you place the order. If we can't fulfil it, you're refunded in full to the original payment method.

Declined payments

If a payment fails, it is almost always your bank rather than us — commonly an address mismatch or a fraud check on a first-time merchant. Check the billing address matches your card exactly, then try again or use a different method.
