These terms govern your use of this website and any order you place through it. By ordering, you accept them. Please read them alongside our delivery, returns and privacy pages.

About us

This store sells Qasida fragrances, composed and bottled by FAAN Perfumes. Our full trading name, registered address and company number are set out at the foot of this page and on our contact page.

Orders

Placing an order is an offer to buy. A contract forms only when we email you to confirm dispatch. We may decline an order — if an item is out of stock, if there's a pricing error, or if we can't deliver to your address — and if we do, you'll be refunded in full.

Pricing

Prices are in pounds sterling and include VAT where applicable. Delivery is charged separately and shown before you pay. We try hard to price accurately, but if an item is listed at an obviously incorrect price we'll contact you before dispatching and you can confirm or cancel.

Products

We photograph and describe our fragrances as accurately as we can. Colour reproduction varies between screens, and natural materials vary slightly between batches. Fragrance is subjective: not liking a scent is not a fault, and is covered by our returns policy rather than by your statutory rights.

Allergens and safety

Our products are for external use on skin only. Full ingredient listings are supplied with each bottle. If you have sensitive skin or known fragrance allergies, patch-test first. Stop using a product if you have a reaction, and seek medical advice if it persists. Keep away from eyes, flames and children.

Your statutory rights

Nothing in these terms limits your rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 or the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013. If anything here conflicts with those rights, those rights win.

Liability

We don't exclude liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be excluded. Beyond that, our liability for any order is limited to the value of that order.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and disputes fall to the courts of England and Wales.

Changes

We may update these terms. The version that applies to your order is the one published when you placed it.
