Shipping policy

Everything ships from within the United Kingdom, so there are no customs charges and no waiting on international transit.

A 200 ml bottle at £60 therefore always ships free. Anything that brings your basket over £50 does the same.

Dispatch

Orders placed before 2pm on a working day are usually dispatched the same day. Orders placed after that, or at a weekend or bank holiday, go out on the next working day. You'll get a tracking link by email as soon as your parcel leaves us.

Fragrance and air freight

Eau de parfum is classed as a flammable liquid, which means it travels by road rather than air. This is why fragrance shipping is occasionally slower than other online orders, and why we don't offer next-morning delivery to every postcode. It is a legal restriction rather than a choice.

Northern Ireland, the Highlands and islands

We deliver to all UK postcodes. Some remote areas — parts of the Scottish Highlands, the islands, and Northern Ireland — can take an extra one to two working days.

If something goes wrong

If your tracking hasn't updated in three working days, or your parcel arrives damaged, contact us with your order number. Photograph the damage before you unpack it — we need photographic or video evidence to claim against the courier, and it lets us replace or refund you straight away. See our returns policy.

We currently ship within the United Kingdom only. If you're outside the UK, or ordering in quantity for a business abroad, email enquiries@qasida.co.uk and we'll tell you honestly whether we can help.
